VERA VAGUE_ The present through the past

Vera and Victor are the owner of an online vintage boutique Vera Vague
Vera is a model. Victor photographer. Both searching and mending.

Vera and Victor usually attend to the projection of the end credits of a movie.
And the vision of the name Vera Vague, a popular actress of the '40s, behind which lurked Barbara Jo Allen, gave birth to their business.
Vague is everything you want it to be, and none of what you believe.
Vague is something undefined, imprecise. But it is also something elusive, far away, something magic.  Vintage shop is their vocation, such a vague vision of the past and the attraction that combines Vera and Victor.

I asked them why the past eras and styles related to them are so important to the current fashion?

Both look to the past as the meaning to define who we are, aesthetically.
Often far away things are permeated by an aura of romance, something opposite to the coldness of the extreme use of technology where we live and we express ourselves.
Writing letters, the first radio, the turntable and vinyls: we unconsciously refers to periods full of meaning, from which to draw inspiration.
Inspiration ... This is what distinguishes Vera and Victor, thinking about fashion as a representation of the natural change of the psyche. They consider the past as a source of meaning, passion and meaning.
From here, the vintage boutique "VeraVague" run by Vera and Victor in perfect harmony in the work-sharing. The vague is what unites them: when they have to find a single object, even if it can be an article of clothing, jewelry or a piece of furniture, they have already reached the more remote corners of the Earth than one can imagine.
They become perfect and credited detectives, constantly on the hunt for that object astonishing, coming from an amazing time.
Sometimes they return empty-handed, but on that trip they have dreamed, imagined and shared stories and feelings from anything that the modern world.
There is a term that defines them: anachronistic.
