I asked Jill McKeever, the designer/manufacturer of these cosmetics, too human for a human body, to tell us this new and strange form of creativity.
Going on an adventure. Travel. Cultural change: indirect sources of inspiration for a mind that thinks in a new way.
The music is what inspires Jill: If you do not drink coffee, maybe you will be in a catatonic state, confused, slow and sleepy for most of the day. In this state, you could have sensing creative visions. Philosophy and literature feed the conceptual thinking of Jill.
The idea, as well as the mission, which moved its cosmetic-creations is the feeling and the knowledge that things simple, primitive and natural are the ones where we can refuge.
The modern culture of technology has lost its soul. Reversing the trend. Natural materials. Ethically collected and recycled. Without the use of plastic. Respect the nature and the human body.
Stop. Design. Listen. Think. Write and draw ideas. Then give them a shape. Monday-Tuesday: conceptual work, design, computer, business. Wednesday to Friday: Shaping ideas. Testing of the novel. Often the work goes on in the evening, sometimes in the night.
Creativity = ideas = divine gift. So Jill recognizes it.

Ho chiesto a Jill Mckeever, produttrice di questi cosmetici dal rispetto quasi umano per un corpo umano, di raccontarmi questa sua nuova e strana forma di creatività.
Partire per un'avventura. Viaggiare. Cambiamenti culturali: fonti di ispirazione indiretta, per una mente che pensa in un modo nuovo.
La musica è ciò che ispira Jill: se non beve il caffè, ha scoperto di trovarsi in uno stato catatonico, confuso, lento, sonnolento per la maggior parte della giornata. In questo stato è come se percepisse delle visioni creative.
Il suo pensiero concettuale è alimentato dai libri di filosofia, nonché dalla letteratura.
L'idea, e anche la missione, da cui muovono le sue cosmetic- creations è la sensazione e la consapevolezza che le cose semplici, primitive e naturali sono quelle in cui rifugiarci, confortarci. La moderna cultura della tecnologia ha perso la anima. Invertire la tendenza.
Materiali naturali. Equo solidale. Eticamente raccolti e riciclati. Senza utilizzo di plastica.
L'ideazione richiede a Jill una grande quantità di tempo, in cui fermarsi. Ascoltare. Pensare. Scrivere e disegnare le idee. Poi dare loro una forma.
Lunedì- martedì: lavoro concettuale, design, computer, business.
Mercoledì fino a venerdì: dare forme alle sue idee. Sperimentarne delle nuove. Spesso il lavoro si protrae nella sera, a volte nella notte.
Creatività = idee = dono divino. Così Jill riconosce questo suo dono.
